An extensive analysis of the architectural typologies of recent and current construction along the high line, as well as other localized areas in global metropolises, results in the fictional narrative of an OMA project proposal. Rather than a building, OMA proposes a new architectural process composed of an online device that facilitates a crowd-funded and architect managed speculative project, purchased and developed by the cubic square foot. While projections are made about possible results, as bound by FAR and backer's projected interests, the project is a critical and speculative analysis of the market and contemporary architecture's role in it.
