This project is an experimental community designed to test the infrastructure developed in Cut/Fill, Pt.1. Houses on floating foundations achieve greater density as sea level rises, bringing them closer to each other and to an adjacent elevated hub where shops and a school are located. Modes of circulation and the relationship between building, ground, and user change as the community adapts to the rising water.
