Dimitris is an architect and researcher, currently pursuing his PhD in the History and Theory of Architecture at Princeton. His interests lie at the intersection of architectural history, environmental history, and the history of science & technology, with a focus on aquatic and semi-aquatic environments. Dimitris’s research is funded by Princeton University and the Seeger Center for Hellenic Studies. At Princeton, his work has also been supported by the Princeton Institute for International & Regional Studies and the Program in Latin American Studies.
 
Prior to joining Princeton, Dimitris completed an M.Phil in Architecture and Urban Studies at the University of Cambridge, where his research was supported by the Cambridge Trust George & Marie Vergottis Scholarship. He also holds a Master of Architecture from Yale University, where he was the recipient of the Stanley Tigerman Scholarship, and a professional Bachelor of Architecture from the National Technical University of Athens. Dimitris has served as a contributing editor for Scroope Journal, is a licensed architect in Greece, and has practiced architecture in New York and London.​
