Project Title:  “Temporal Tenancy”

Our conventional understanding of domesticity is directly related to a cultural assumption about property as being associated with permanence, prosperity, and growth.

This assumption has served as the foundation for a variety of disciplines - architecture, real-estate, the building industry. We can call this assumption the 30 year mortgage. Property is actually much more fluid and dynamic. Unfortunately, this model does not work well for everyone and every time.

This thesis proposes a method of making that is in direct correspondence with property fluctuations.
