A house with three vacation houses. Three houses inside a vacation house. A wall section pulled apart with a porch for everyone in between. It’s comfortable in winter and summer (stack effect, cross ventilation, passive solar). The inside houses have air conditioning and heat (active systems). They are insulated with soft shiny puffs (recycled denim, reflective textile), but they’re smooth inside (ICLTs). The porch has light and air but it stays dry (polycarbonate panels). The inside houses are lifted, and you can walk underneath (dimensional lumber). It’s on a canal, and the water comes
inside.
